Paul Walker, Sanjay Bhandari, and Nicolas Mallison, all previously at KPMG, have been poached to join Ernst & Young's forensic technology team.
The three will be responsible for strengthening the firm’s e-disclosure, technology investigation and forensic data intelligence services, which include supporting complex cross-border litigation proceedings and regulatory reviews, in addition to offering sophisticated data driven fraud detection solutions.
They will be led by Walker, partner and head of Forensic Technology & Discovery Services for Northern Europe, Middle East, India and Africa, who has been tasked with growing the UK practice by 100% over the next 12 months and putting the firm at the forefront of the market.
Commenting on the appointments, John Smart, head of fraud investigation & dispute services (FIDS) at Ernst & Young, said, 'Attracting 3 of the UK’s leading practitioners in forensic technology is a great success for Ernst & Young.'
