Ian Williams became Deputy Editor at The Inquirer in October 2009. Previously he worked as First Looks Editor at sister site V3.co.uk, prior to which he was Reviews Editor for The Inquirer.
Ian has covered a wide range of topics within the IT industry, focusing now on networking, telecoms, mobile and servers. Ian also reviews smartphones, laptops, netbooks and web applications.
Before entering journalism Ian worked as a programmer in South Africa as well as running his own PC business for some time.
