Whatever the solution to easing spiralling inflation, it's clear the issue is having an impact on all of us in a variety of ways.
At the Business Club, Westcoast sales and marketing director Alex Tatham revealed just how it's hitting him in the wallet, in the form of a forced increase in his barnet
maintenance budget. The cost of getting a chop at poor old Alex's local barber (possibly more of a hair and beauty salon) recently shot up 10 per cent. This has taken his haircut price north of the £20 barrier.
There has been some debate around Dodgi Towers as to whether Mr Tatham has rather expensive taste in coiffure care (our Gord wouldn't countenance paying more than £4.50).
Personally, as I'm sure you can tell from my picture, I'm a man who doesn't put a price on looking good. Damn good. But I wonder if Alex has the same limitless budget for grooming. Don't be surprised if you see the Westcoast man's appearance take a decidedly Howard Hughes turn soon.
