Microsoft intends to focus its efforts on the different UK regions this year, after admitting that it had a one-size-fits-all approach to the UK market.
Speaking exclusively to CRN, general manager of SMS&P Scott Dodds, said: “Microsoft has focused on an assumption that everyone is the same.
“We have learnt in the past year that we can have a lot more impact by focusing on what’s really important in the regions, rather than just a blanket use of technology,” he said.
