Sony has taken its first real step into the business market with the launch of its first business partner programme.
The vendor has also launched a new range of business-oriented VAIO notebooks – the SR-Series, BZ-Series and Z-Series - to help drive adoption among corporate clients.
VAIO Business accredited resellers will have access to a range of marketing tools, technical resources and training initiatives including rewards for buying product from authorised distributors, sales support such as evaluation kits and contact lists, access to the VAIO portal within Sony’s Sony1 extranet, a stock locator and access to the latest promotions and incentives.
