The target VAR, which has not been named, specialises in identity management and has key contracts in the government and finance sectors in the region, according to Integralis.
In a statement Integralis said: “This is a positive step in the company’s overall strategy and will help to strengthen the group’s profitability.”
The final details of the acquisition are being discussed between the respective Boards, but both sides expect to complete the transaction within the next few weeks.
