Security vendor Grisoft has launched its Technology Partner Program to help its channel partners increase revenue.
The vendor claimed the global program provides support to existing and new partners to help them respond faster to their customers’ virus problems and other security threats.
Its Grisoft program offers resellers two options for easy integration of its flagship AVG Anti-Virus engine – via a Software Development Kit (SDK) or via an application interface (API) featuring on-access anti-virus scanning and firewall integration.
Petr Bilek, product manager at Grisoft said: “Grisoft is taking a positive approach to offer its AVG scanning engine to third-party hardware and software companies. The advantages available through the Technology Partner Program include: flexibility, suitable price, ease of implementation, ongoing professional technical support, which have been immediately appreciated by the technology partners.”
Michael Foreman, partner at AVG UK said: “Through the Technology Partner Program some of the biggest names in the industry are integrating the AVG engine within their solutions, enabling resellers to supply AVG in a much wider range of products.”
