Under the deal, worth £600,000 over the next seven years,
Northgate
will provide services for managing and reporting council tax and business rates,
improving the administration of housing and council tax benefits, and providing
better access to customer support.
Joe Bradley, managing director of local government and social housing at
Northgate Public Services, said: “I hope our partnership will allow the council
to reach out to its citizens, by equipping staff with the tools to deliver
proactive services.
“We are delighted to be working with Mansfield to deliver the council’s vision
for excellence.”
