For the next 90 days wireless LAN vendor Ruckus Wireless is offering Trapeze resellers a “Smart Wi-Fi Survival Kit” as an incentive to become Ruckus Big Dog Partners.
The Kit includes automatic certification into the Ruckus Big Dog programme as an accredited partner, equipment rebates (credits towards future Ruckus ZoneFlex orders), a complimentary Ruckus Smart Wireless LAN (not-for-resale) starter kit and free sales and technical training.
Rob Mustarde, vice president of worldwide sales at Ruckus Wireless, said: “Trapeze was one of the few wireless LAN players that built a channel full of smart resellers that have now been effectively left on the high wire so to speak.
“We are offering these resellers the next phase of Smart Wireless LAN products and technology that is highly differentiated with better margins, broader market opportunity and a more streamlined sales process – eliminating any hurdles or cost of entry.”
Smart Wi-Fi is a patented technology that extends the range and reliability of Wi-Fi by forming and directing signals over the best path at any given time.
The Ruckus ZoneFlex Smart WLAN system combines Smart Wi-Fi with centralised WLAN management and smart mesh networking.
