VAR Repton has bought IT recruitment firm Skillfuse and has integrated the company into its Repton Personnel division.
The acquisition was for an undisclosed sum.
Greg Carlow, managing director of Repton, said: “Skillfuse is an IT recruitment firm that sources employees for companies. It made sense to buy Skillfuse as Repton Personnel was already working in partnership with the company. Now it will come under the Repton Personnel umbrella.”
“It is a good move for Repton as it improves services for our customers and their projects," he said.
“All employees will become part of Repton Personnel, with Caroline Gilbert as its managing director,” added Carlow.
