In a move that has sent shockwaves through the channel, commercial director Andy Dow has left distributor Westcoast.
Dow has been at the company for about seven years, working closely with chairman Joe Hemani.
Although Dow was unavailable for comment, CRN understands from sources that he will resurface in a new role elsewhere in the near future.
Ian French, managing director of channel consultancy Siceo, said: “Andy has been at Westcoast for years so this has come as a surprise. He is almost part of the furniture there.”
Westcoast was unavailable for comment as CRN went to press.
