Private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR) acquired Northgate earlier this month and gained 100 per cent control of Northgate’s shares.
David Meaden, managing director of public services at Northgate, said: “Acquisition is an integral part of our strategy.”
“Northgate will add value by ensuring that all our acquisitions have services or customer capability, while making sure there is a strong cultural and human fit,” he added.
