Enterprise mobility vendor Symbol Technologies is looking for more UK ISVs to join the partner programme that it launched in November last year.
James Pemberton, ISV manager for EMEA at Symbol, said: “We have about 40 ISVs signed up in the UK, but there are plenty more out there that we know of, and that we’d like to come on board.
“These days, customers want a one-stop solution, so our ISV programme enables resellers to offer a complete solution to their customers,” Pemberton claimed.
Jason Airey, managing director of ISV CMS Global Technologies, said: “We signed up [to the scheme] three months ago. Symbol pairs us up with a reseller, which works well because we’re not a hardware firm and aren’t interested in selling hardware. However, the reseller understands the hardware aspect, so we complement each other.”
