Online reseller WStore has revamped Fujitsu Siemens Computers online store, making it more user-friendly and the buying process faster and more efficient.
Last year WStore beat off competition from four other vendors to win a tender to design and build an online presence for Fujitsu Siemens (CRN 4 July 2005).
The new look site now includes a buying guide to make it easy for less tech savvy customers to choose the right product to suit their requirements; 360-degree product images so customers can view the products from their screen, without the need to visit a store; and monthly promotions and competitions.
“The new online shop is a great tool, not only for those who are looking to buy a solution over the internet, but also for those who just wish to find out more about our products and pricing. We hope the special offers and competitions for web customers should prove to be an added draw,” said Gary Fowle, marketing director, Fujitsu Siemens Computers.
Stewart Hayward, commercial director of WStore, said: “Our relationship with Fujitsu Siemens Computers is important to us and we are delighted with the success of its online shop. The re-launched website will provide customers with a whole new buying experience that is quick and efficient to use.”
