Kelway's sales director Alan Thompson is set to leave the integrator at the end of March to set up his own homeless charity.
Thompson was in charge of the historic Kelway/Panacea business, and another sales director is in charge of the Repton team, which Kelway acquired last May.
In a statement Phil Doye, chief executive of Kelway, said: "We are sad to see Alan go as he has been a great contributor to the success of the business. We wish him all the best in his new charitable venture with the homeless."
