Public sector VAR Northgate Information Solutions has completed its acquisition of Anite Public Sector Holding for £54.3m, as part of a long-term expansion strategy.
The announcement comes just seven months after the acquisition of Northgate by private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
As part of the VAR’s strategy to strengthen its capacity, Northgate has integrated seven acquisitions in the last five years.
