Its all kicking Hoff in the channel

Some of the CRN team this week caught up with legend David 'The Hoff' Hasselhoff at a London press event hosted by ISP Pipex.

The Hoff has been chosen as the face of the ISP's latest advertising campaign. Pipex recently commissioned a survey of 16-24 year olds in the UK, which revealed the actor as the most revered celebrity entertainer on the internet.

Peter Dubens, chairman of Pipex, said: "David Hasselhoff has become a cultural icon. He was the perfect choice for our new campaign."

The actor, who starred in both Knight Rider and Baywatch, topped a list of celebrities to be named as the male star most likely to feature in emails, with 30 per cent of those questioned emailing The Hoff to friends, family and colleagues. Obviously he is a keen CRN reader to boot.

Hanging with the Hoff

I entered a competition to put a caption in the Hoffs mouth back in July and was greatly surprised when a GPS Navigation System turned up at work for me today for being one of the winning captions, just wanted to say thank you and keep entering those competitions you have to be in it to win it.
