The SCH Group has completed the acquisition of Dutch hardware distributor Pluz, in its continued bid to become a top-20 global IT service provider within five years.
Steven Rigby, SCH's European sales director, said the deal added to the firm's hybrid reseller and distribution business model.
"It allows SCH to leverage its logistics, inventory and vendor relationships," he said.

Brian Pierce, senior analyst at IDC, said: "SCH is a big player with cash reserves so it can pick and choose acquisitions.
"It is one of the most visible firms and will get more recognition since it rebranded its reseller arm as SCC, because it can rationalise and focus its marketing campaigns."
