After announcing the integration of its software with the iPhone, unified communications (UC) vendor Swyx is hoping to up VARs’ accreditations this year.
Executive vice president of sales and marketing Ralf Ebbinghaus said iPhone support was a natural step.
“We already support BlackBerry, Symbian and Windows Mobile. Mobile devices are increasingly suitable for businesses,” he said.
The vendor is also launching Swyx Express, which pre-configures the company’s Swyxware product with Windows Server. Ebbinghaus said a key focus this year will be guiding VARs towards the top tier of Swyx’s partner programme.
