Internet security vendor AVG has bolstered its board of directors by appointing a former interim McAfee chief executive.
Dale Fuller, who is presently president and chief executive of virtualisation firm MokaFive, also acted as interim chief executive and board member for McAfee. His other board positions include Krugle and Quest Aircraft Company and he was chief executive of Borland between 1999 and 2005.
J R Smith, chief executive of AVG said: “We are pleased to add Dale to our board of directors. We are a company focused solely on the security needs of consumers and the SME market, and Dale’s deep experience in leading technology companies will further strengthen our ability to grow.
