Voice and data integrator Affiniti has been awarded an accreditation from the Institute of IT Training, (IITT).
The whole of Affiniti's training process, including sales tender, pre-sales and project management, was assessed and evaluated by the IITT. Suggestions for improvements were also made and Affiniti has already begun extending its post-training evaluation. Having become of the IITT, Affiniti will now undergo assessments on an annual basis.
Vic Wiseman, director of accreditation for IITT, said: "Affiniti ticked all the boxes through the accreditation process and was applauded for its receptiveness to new ideas.
"By gaining an external verification of the facilities and services it provides, Affiniti’s customers can be assured of high training standards. Affiniti is more than worthy of its accredited status.”
Paul Renucci, managing director of Affiniti, said: “The IITT is a unique organisation and to achieve accreditation is a real feather in our cap. Becoming a member of the IITT acknowledges our commitment to internal and external training needs and provides a valuable assurance to our customers that they are getting the highest quality training available.
"By working with them, we can keep our training fresh, focused and professional and we can continue to drive high standards in the industry.”
