Web filtering vendor Bloxx has seen indirect sales rise from 30 to 60 per cent of its overall UK business after raiding rival St Bernard’s reseller base.
The UK-based firm claims to have converted about ten St Bernard resellers since it recruited Peter Heron from the vendor to head up its channel last August. This includes ASL and mLODE IT Solutions.
Bloxx draws the lion’s share of its sales from the UK, but is expanding internationally, having recently recruited distributors in North America, the Nordics and Israel.

Eamonn Doyle, chief executive of Bloxx, said: “We are looking for four more
distributors in Europe this year. It would be very nice to be established in
Germany but, much more importantly, we need to find people that have experience
in
web filtering.”
