Virtual network operator TFM Networks and managed hosting specialist Network SI have joined forces to offer businesses customised communications and hosting products.

The two companies first paired up while providing communications products and managed hosting for a hotel chain. They will now be targeting businesses which operate across multiple locations and singled out the hotel and leisure, legal, engineering and housing sectors as key markets.

Brett Rowe, sales director at TFM Networks, said: “Being able to offer companies a true end-to-end, centrally hosted comms and networking solution brings a number of significant benefits for business – improved network performance, more effective and unified service and more competitive pricing.”

Paul Hemming, business development director for Network SI, added: “By providing our customers with a single point of contact and a single SLA, this guarantees all network issues - from PC to the hosted infrastructure – can be resolved quickly and easily.

"This resolves a common headache for businesses that have a number of service providers with differing SLAs, which can often lead to network issues being passed around and left unresolved. Our partnership with TFM eliminates this risk, and guarantees optimised comms, networking and managed hosting.”
