Web hosting vendor Rackspace has restructured its partner programme in response to feedback from its VAR community.
The enhanced partner programme includes a new tier structure, revised financial incentives and greater access to training and marketing resources.
Robert Fuller, vice president of Rackspace’s worldwide channel, said: "We regard partners as an extension of the Rackspace family and we have worked closely with them to develop a programme that creates the biggest impact and provides the best experience for them.”

The vendor said it hoped the changes would “add more structure and clarity” to its partner programme and provide resellers with benefits its competitors cannot match.
Sean Breen, founder of digital marketing firm Q-Industries, confirmed that his company – a partner of Rackspace for more than 10 years – had signed up to the new partner programme.
He added: "Rackspace continues to provide the critical infrastructure that both Q and our clients need to maximise ROI and minimise capital expenditures."
