Tandberg signs with Microtronica

Vendor inks deal with distributor to grow footprint in the UK, Spain, Italy and Portugal

Storage vendor Tandberg Data has signed a distribution agreement with Microtronica to grow its market share in the UK, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Under the terms of the agreement, Microtronica will supply Tandberg's portfolio of tape drives, libraries and autoloaders, disk-based storage and media products to its network of resellers in each region.

Doede Douma, general manager of Microtronica Europe, said: "We are pleased to partner with Tandberg Data, a company that provides an array of data protection products that complement Microtronica's server solution offerings extremely well."
