A huge salary is not everything, according to the latest research from The IT Job Board.
Its recent survey claims that 60 per cent of IT professionals would not leave a company with a good working culture, even for a higher wage.
A total of 76 per cent of respondents revealed that working culture was either important or very important to them when looking for a new job.

In addition, 32 per cent stated that the culture of an organisation was more important than the salary offered, and 38 per cent also considered it more significant to them than flexible working.
Alex Farrell, managing director of The IT Job Board, said: “Clearly, working culture is a key consideration for today's employers, particularly when staff highlight its importance over salary.
"At a time when productivity is key, IT department heads should review their working environment and gauge how conducive it is to increasing output."
