Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) has shuffled its channel management deck ahead of its impending integration into the Fujitsu Group.
The PC vendor has created a new pan-European channel role which will be filled by Hans-Dieter Wysuwa, who was previously managing director of Germany.
This follows the departure of UK channel head Ian Newall. FSC has confirmed he will be replaced by former UK marketing director Gary Fowle.

FSC created six regional sales organisations in November in a bid to sharpen its local focus. Wysuwa’s appointment was necessary to ensure its channel strategy is consistent at an EMEA level, the vendor said.
Wysuwa’s tasks will include managing major and selected distributors in Europe and strengthening channel relationships. FSC said Wysuwa, who has been at the vendor since its inception in 1999, will also play a key role in the integration of FSC into the Fujitsu Group.
