Microsoft LAR Teksys has been acquired by two private equity investors.
The two investors, Alan Watkins a former head of Cisco UK and entrepreneur Kevin Lewis, acquired the company today for an undisclosed sum.
Shaun Frohlich, formerly chairman of Teksys, will remain within the business as a director.
He said: “We are proud of our achievements over the past six years and are looking forward to the next phase which will include adding complementary businesses through acquisition.”
Watkins said: “Teksys represents an excellent foundation from which to expand further solutions for our customers including managed service offerings.”
