Avnet Technology Solutions has extended its value-added distribution partnership with Oracle to include the vendor’s Application and Technology products.
The means Oracle VARs can now come to Avnet for all Oracle applications at the distributor’s specially developed Oracle Applications practice.
Mickey Bharat, independent software director of Avnet Technology Solutions EMEA, said: “Mid-size companies are looking for resellers that understand their business challenges.

“Avnet will also provide resellers of all size with the training, tools and resources they need to accelerate their success in the application market and expand their market presence in the UK,” he said.
Dave Aldridge, vice president of application sales at Oracle EMEA, said: “Today more than ever, mid-size companies need solutions they can deploy quickly and cost effectively, with limited disruption to their business.
“Through this new distribution agreement, Avnet will enable our resellers to provide scalable solutions that rapidly integrate with their customers’ existing applications and hardware investments.”
