Integrator NextiraOne has been awarded Gold Certification from telephony vendor Alcatel-Lucent’s software operation, Genesys.
NextiraOne achieved the feat after reaching an agreed criterion that included a proven history of customer implementations, high customer satisfaction and a technical support infrastructure.
Rafi Kouyoumdjian, chief executive of NextiraOne Europe, said: “This is great news for organisations that are looking to leverage NextiraOne’s capabilities across Europe. There is a great deal of business and technology innovation happening in the contact centre world.”
Paul Segre, chief operating officer at Genesys, said: “Attaining Gold Partner Certification requires substantial training and testing. NextiraOne has dedicated its personnel to performing consistent enterprise customer implementations.”
