Online backup vendor Clunk Click has changed its name to Risc Group IT Solutions to coincide with the second stage of its integration with the Risc Group.
The vendor was acquired by IT managed services firm, the Risc Group, last June.
The agreement allows Clunk Click to offer Risc Group’s portfolio of IT managed services in the UK. These services include hosted Exchange, application hosting, colocation, software-as-a-service, hosted security services and IBM Tivoli storage solutions.

Clunk Click’s partner division will now be known as Risc Group Business Partners. The team will begin launching the new managed services through its reseller channel.
Paul Roberts, UK managing director of Risc Group, said: “Our strategy is to grow organically while we also have the capital in place for acquisition. We have the budget and the resources to become one of the leading players in the UK IT managed services environment by 2012 and are on track to achieving this goal.
“We have the portfolio of services, the infrastructure and the financial backing to make partnering with us a recipe for success for channel resellers and we invite suitable channel partners to join us today.”
The vendor also revealed that, over the last few months, internal teams have been working together to prepare for new VOIP and networking services.
