Virtualisation vendor Vizioncore has revealed a new focus to boost its Silver-level partners to Gold status.
According to Vizioncore’s IT’s Response to the Global Financial Climate report, 94 per cent of respondents held the view that virtualisation plays an important role in their business continuity strategy.
Jane Rimmer, marketing director for EMEA at Vizioncore, said: “We will continue to invest in our VARs as they invest in us. We will focus on getting our Silver partners up to speed and accredited to become Gold.”
Roger Baskerville, vice president EMEA at Vizioncore, said: “As budgets shrink, sales cycles are getting longer. In our Affiliate programme, VARs can earn up to 40 per cent margin and should focus on hitting their existing customer base first.”
