Networked storage vendor Infortrend has kicked off an EMEA partner recruitment drive to support the upcoming launch of its new high-performance products.
The vendor is also planning to bolster its EMEA channel support team with a range of new appointments. This includes a global channel marketing manager to be based out of the UK and Germany, a UK-based EMEA marketing manager and a number of regional account managers.
The channel expansion drive comes ahead of the launch of a new range of high-performance storage products at the CeBIT IT fair in Hannover in March.
Jon Ashley, director of marketing at Infortrend, said the vendor needed more systems integrators to take the new technology to market.
“We are entering an exciting new chapter for Infortrend, with new high-performance products that will require different approaches to the market, and hence additional channel partners with in-depth practical knowledge of advanced storage infrastructures,” he said.
“As we expand our range, we are also increasing the support we offer to our partners with more dedicated channel experts on our team.”
