Software distributor Sunbelt System Software has been acquired by strategic partner Double-Take.
Double-Take, formerly NSI Software, claimed the acquisition, for an undisclosed sum will extend its customer base by using Sunbelt System Software's footprint across EMEA, Australia and New Zealand.
Dean Goodermote, chief executive at Double-Take Software said: “This year has been all about building on our strengths and this acquisition punctuates our strong business momentum.
“By adding Sunbelt System Software’s multi-lingual collaboration and products expertise, we’ll continue to grow our market knowledge and technical support, allowing us to maintain our leadership in this market.”
Jo Murciano, chief executive of Sunbelt System Software, a sister company of software manufacturer Sunbelt Software, said: “We have always endeavoured to bring customers the best products. The two companies’ combined dedication and commitment to meeting customer needs makes us a natural fit.”
