"I have a whole portfolio of new products to work with and the company is really focused on customer service," she said.
"I was looking for a new challenge and this role will enable me to get out and meet my clients face to face, learn more about their businesses and see how PSCo should be developing to help them."
Yates will be based in PSCo's new Birmingham office, where she will work on building client relationships and enhancing the service delivery of PSCo, which rents sophisticated AV set-ups to events and customers based in the Midlands and the north of England.
Stuart Holmes, managing director of PSCo, said Yates had a great reputation and knowledge of trade rental.
"She will be going out to meet our clients in the Midlands and the North, to help develop our relationship with them and learn more about how our business can support them," Holmes said.
