IBM is making a big push into the SME market by offering various products
that take advantage of its blade offerings.
The firm has introduced a low price entry level networking switch, Windows
management technology, and the Implementation Services Service Pack for Blade
Center.
It is also offering a financing package for SME customers.
The Server Connectivity Module for IBM Blade Center will cost $999, with the Service Pack costing $6,999. A System i management feature for Windows will cost $999 and be available in 10 days.
