Germany-based security distributor Computerlinks and UK-based mobile handset distributor 20:20 are among the latest to come on board. Italian Computer Gross, Polish AB SA, Latin American Intcomex and Hong Kong-headquartered SiS Technologies complete the list of new recruits.
Tim Curran, GTDC chief executive, said the influx of new European members would improve the European technology sales tracking service it launched in 2007 with the help of market watcher Context.
“We are dedicated to the IT distribution industry, its growing value and continually evolving success in meeting the needs of today's technology vendors, resellers, solution providers and retailers worldwide,” he said. “This includes supporting ongoing supply chain innovation and efficiency advances on behalf of our members and their vendor partners.”
