Distributor DNS Arrow has signed reseller and consulting systems integrator, Tiberone as an IBM software partner.
In collaboration with IBM, the two companies will create a programme of training and consulting services to aid the VAR’s customers in maximizing their return on investment in IBM Tivoli Service Management solutions.
Lindsay Nichol, divisional director for IBM at DNS Arrow, said: “DNS is delighted to have Tiberone on board as a new IBM software partner. DNS sees a lot of demand in the marketplace for integrated service management solutions and have built a community of partners who can meet this demand.
