Touchbase has been crowned Cisco’s first UK Unified Communications Master (UC).
Mike Danson, UK managing director at Touchbase, told CRN: “Our target was to become the first UC Master in the UK and multiple territories. We are on track to achieve both goals.”
Nick Grossman, business development director at VAR 2e2, said: “I think the UC Master certification will eventually become a requirement for large, complex projects.”
Cisco declined to comment.
