Ramsac’s services include on-site visits to oversee the charity’s network and remote technical support via a telephone hotline.
The charity has servers and PCs installed at its Hassock and West Sussex offices, maintains two web sites and has a donations database.
Paul Mew, technology consultant at Ramsac, said: “The CCHF’s chief executive recommended working with Ramsac, as she knew the company from previous work it did with a different charity.”
