From May, the e-commerce portal will include Inform, which will provide all DNS partners with a single view of all their purchasing decisions such as orders, quotes, accounts and product information.

The new data feeds feature will allow partners to supply frequently updated content to customers in the format of their choice.

Paul Senior, chief information officer of DNS Arrow, said: “DNS conducts surveys of its customers every six months and the results showed a recurring theme of VARs wanting more automation for data in a self-service environment.”

“With Inform, all our reseller partners can go in and design their own data feed. The partner does not have to wait for DNS to deal with its request as all the tools are self-service,” he added.
