Storage distributor VADition is gearing up for a massive recruitment drive to sign both vendors and resellers.

CRN understands that VADition’s founders, Ian Morris and Neil Ledger, are free from the non-compete clause of the contract they signed after Horizon acquired their former company, equIP.

VADition has also recruited Barrie Desmond as business development manager. Desmond was previously director of business development and marketing at Sirocom.

Ledger said: “Having launched VADition last year, the conditions are now right to aggressively grow the business.”
