Vendor Avaya has further reshuffled its senior management pack after unveiling a new worldwide channel supremo alongside a new head of its contact center business.
Following on from the recent appointment of Christopher Formant as president of global services and the stepping down of chief executive Lou D'Ambrosio, the vendor has announced Jeremy Butt has joined as vice president of worldwide channels and Bob Lyons arrives as vice president of customer service applications.
Butt arrives from a similar role at Motorola's enterprise mobility business and has held senior positions at Cisco, WatchGuard Technologies and Hayes Microcomputer Products. Lyons joins from CRM and consultancy firm Convergys and has previously worked for United Health Group and Telespectrum.
