Dell has claimed it is making daily improvements to its channel programme as it gears up for the process of formally certifying partners.
Andy Dow, UK channel director at Dell, said the firm is currently exploring ways of allowing partners access to demonstration equipment and is developing its channel training programme.
“We are one quarter in and the take-up from the channel has been positive. Recruitment has been successful and we are getting closer to the certification process, where we will highlight top-tier partners.”
