Security vendor Symantec has introduced a new partner incentives programme to reward members for making use of its Symplus website.
Symantec partners will be awarded points for using the website, which will then be converted into cash that is loaded on to debit cards for members to use when buying goods online and in-store.
Partners will also be able to claim points for participating in selected sales enablement and marketing activities.

As well as providing a cash incentive, the number of points a member has will also play a role in classifying what tier – Normal, Squared or Cubed – partners are on within Symantec’s partner programme.
The Symplus website features a resource centre, individual account information and a community section containing best practice and support knowledge for partners.
Jason Ellis, EMEA channel vice-president at Symantec, said: “Symplus is just one of the latest additions we’ve made to our EMEA partner programme in order to reinforce our commitment to helping our channel partners increase their revenue with Symantec.
He added: “By providing financial incentives for best practice and successful performance, we hope to show our partners that we value their loyalty and relationship with Symantec.”
