Anders+Kern (A+K) has signed up to distribute the Swedish-made Evoko room management system in the UK.
The Mildenhall-based audiovisual solutions distributor said the digital room bookings system uses wall-mounted touch-sensitive 8in screens to display bookings to other staff.
The system supports Microsoft Exchange. Users can see the current time, start and finish times for meetings in progress. Bookings can be cancelled or extended.

Derek Kuziw, managing director at A+K, said the Evoko was simple and well designed.
“We offer the Evoko as part of our range of AV and information systems for the built environment,” Kuziw said.
A+K pushes professional audio-visual presentation systems and media integration services for corporate, education and architectural applications, as well as prosumers.
