Steljes is renewing its five-year distribution agreement with interactive classroom applications specialist Smart Technologies.
Under the new deal, Steljes will continue as the sole authorised distributor of Smart Technologies in the UK and Ireland until 2015. The announcement comes two years ahead of the current deal’s expiration date.
Ian Goodhind, chief operating officer at Steljes, said the distributor has worked with Steljes since 1997 across the UK and Ireland.

“With category growth of more than 30 per cent over the next five years, according to Futuresource Consulting, and an exciting product pipeline from Smart, the new agreement lays a solid foundation for further growth,” he said.
Smart offers group collaboration products and tools such as interactive whiteboards and associated systems.
Nancy Knowlton, chief executive officer at Smart, said Steljes had been committed to promoting its products to resellers.
“Our agreement with Steljes has been extended and we will continue to work together to provide solutions that satisfy our customer needs,” she said.
