SCH has finalised its £2m acquisition of Interface from the Fayrewood group.
As reported on the Birmingham Post web site earlier this week, the privately-held distributor sees the move as enhancing its range of services to VARs.
“ISI is an ideal distribution vehicle for us to extend our range of specialist products and services. It complements our volume product and service distributor brands ETC and Interchange,” James Rigby, UK managing director of SCH, told the newspaper yesterday.
