The winding up hearing issued by Bell Micro against VAR Letrex Holdings has been adjourned for four weeks.
CRN would also like to point out that Letrex Services Limited and Softwarereseller.co.uk are not associated legally with Letrex Holdings, which is a non trading organisation.

The winding up hearing against the company, which includes Softwarereseller.co.uk and Letrex Services Limited, will be heard at Bristol District Registry at The Guildhall, Bristol on 29 May.
Eddie Pacey, director of credit at Bell Micro, said: “I can confirm that the petition has been issued.”
A representative from Letrex Holdings also confirmed the winding up petition, but declined to comment further at this stage.
