Reseller and channel services firm AT Communications (ATC) has handed interim chief executive Scott Kean the reins on a permanent basis.
Kean was previously in charge of ATC’s fast-growing Servassure division, but moved into the hotseat following the resignation of chief executive Alex Tupman in March.
Following its recent disposal of distributor Rocom ATC now has three arms.

Servassure, which grew 55 per cent last year, provides third-party services to ICT providers such as BT and Colt and vendors such as Siemens. ATC Solutions is the firm’s reseller arm and Your Network Services focuses on providing voice and data connectivity for channel partners.
ATC hit a total turnover of £98.4m in its financial year ended 31 December with Rocom generating almost half of that. The three remaining divisions registered combined sales of £52.9m.
John Standen, ATC's chairman, said: “[Scott] brings a wealth of industry experience to the role and has been instrumental to Servassure's success over recent years with this division playing a key role in future growth.”
Meanwhile, ATC announced that Tupman has formally stepped down from the
board.
Standen said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Alex for his
significant contribution to the business, which he founded and we are grateful
for his ongoing support as he also pursues other business opportunities.”
